How do I know whether AI is actually right for my business?
You don’t have to take our word for it. We look at your business, your processes and the potential return before recommending an approach.
If we don’t believe there’s a worthwhile opportunity, we’ll tell you. We would rather recommend doing nothing than implement technology that doesn’t create meaningful value.
Do we need a clear brief, or can you help us figure out what we need?
If you already know what you want – a specific solution or a specific problem to solve – we can get straight into that.
If you don’t, we can work it out with you. That’s where most of our clients start, and it’s often where the best opportunities turn up anyway.
Will implementing AI disrupt the way we currently work?
Our aim is the opposite. Implementation should make your business easier to run, not create another operational headache.
Where possible, we work with your existing systems and processes and introduce changes in a controlled way. We’ll plan implementation around your business so the transition is practical, manageable and understood by the people using it.
How do you handle our business and client data?
Your business information should be treated as confidential and handled appropriately throughout the project.
We’ll explain what information the solution needs access to, how that information is used, where relevant third-party services are involved, and what controls are available. The exact security and data-handling arrangements will depend on the solution we build and the requirements of your business.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
Yes, where the relevant systems support the required integration or workflow.
The fact that you already have software doesn’t necessarily mean you need more software. Sometimes the opportunity is to connect systems, automate work between them or make better use of information you’re already collecting.
Will you work with our existing IT providers and other technology partners?
Yes. We’re here to help make your business better, and that means working alongside the people, systems and teams that you already have in place, without making waves. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’re very comfortable working alongside internal IT teams, MSPs, web developers, external developers, overseas teams., and anyone else that’s in the mix.
Do you only do AI, or can you help with our broader technology needs?
AI is a big part of what we do, but it’s not all we do. We’re a full-scope team with experience across business technology more broadly — as well as AI, we build websites, custom online applications, smartphone apps, databases and APIs, among other things.
So when a problem needs more than an AI solution, we can handle the rest of it too, rather than leaving you to find someone else to fill the gaps.
What happens if something stops working?
AI systems are still technology, so things can occasionally need attention. The important thing is knowing who is responsible for fixing them.
Depending on the solution and support arrangement, we can provide ongoing monitoring, maintenance and support so that issues can be identified and addressed rather than becoming someone else’s problem inside your business.
